Why builders in particular
A model home is open on weekends and invisible the rest of the time. The whole marketing problem is getting weekend traffic to turn off a road they are already driving down.
A blimp at 120 feet is readable long before the community entrance is. It clears the fencing, the landscaping and the sign clutter that surrounds every new development, and it says the same thing every week without a media buy.
That is why builders are the single largest category of repeat buyer we have.
The weekend routine
Up Saturday morning, down Sunday evening. After the first inflation it takes about ten minutes and one person.
The first time is slower than you expect and takes some reading. Anyone who tells you otherwise has not done it. After that it becomes a ten-minute job that a sales agent can do before opening.
Helium loss is about one percent a day, which across a two-day weekend is nothing. You top off every three to seven days of actual flying, at roughly $2.50 a day.
Multiple communities
Builders rarely need one. They need one per community, and the arithmetic gets better as the count goes up, because the fixed cost of learning the routine is paid once.
If you are buying several at the same time, say so on the phone rather than in an email form. There is room to talk about it.
What does not change is the equipment. Same blimp, same $1,526 with artwork on both sides, whether you buy one or ten.
